Postage

Is as stated and will include handling and packaging cost. the postage will also include our own personal insurance which guarantees the delivery of your item or your money back. Personal cheques payments will need 5 FULL working days minimal clearing period in our Bank. goods will only be despatched before at our descretion. we do not opperate a local collection all goods will be posted.

Combined postage 

When purchasing more than one of our products please pay postage on the auction with the highest shipping cost and delete all other postage costs

Checkout

After a winning bid or a buy it now purchase the buyer should complete checkout within 48 hours and payment must be recieved within 10 days of your purchase All winning bids or & buy it now are final. orders will only be cancelled when a none paying bidder alert has be sent to ebay and our fees are claimed back for the sale, please note, this will be recorded on your ebay files and could affect your account status.

Payment

Our payment methods are pay pal, cheque, postal order or bankers draft, we will not except cash or any other payment method so please do not email to ask for other options. All payments are to be in UK sterling only GBP.

Deliveries

Delivery of goods within the UK Mainland will normaly be within 1 to 5 days we will use a carrier of our choice and will not be held responsable for delays on there behalf,any item assumed to be lost will be replaced by the same product after a 15 day period from the post date. The actual delivery time cannot be guaranteed within a minimum period of time however most of our items are despatched first class and are usually there within 3 days , please see delivery terms on this auction,

Returns policy

Goods must be checked for faults/damage upon receipt. Any faults/damage found must be reported to us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days. Faults/damage not reported within this timescale will not be replaced or refunded. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged or faulty goods, a replacement will be despatched upon receipt of the returned goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all return postage costs. A refund of the purchase price will only be given, when a suitable replacement cannot be found. If it states in any auction that the item comes with a money back guarantee, then this will override our return policy. If it is stated that the item comes with a manufacturer guarantee, then the problem must be taken up directly with them We do not operate a try and buy policy please ensure to read the information in each auction carefully so the you are sure of what you are purchasing
