Split Ender works in a similar way to straighteners or tongues, only instead of applying heat, the trimmers snip a small length from the very ends of each strand.
To use Split Ender, simply clamp a section of hair in the trimmers and pull them down towards the ends. The strands will be guided over the centre plate, away from the rotating blade until they reach the ends. Once the ends reach the centre plate they will naturally flick out towards the rotating blade which will snip off a small end section.
